Agents taking sellers money to find buyers they already have -it just doesn't make sense!

There are many agents who claim they have masses of registered buyers: 5,000, 10,000 or more!! One very good question to ask these agents is why then do you ask your vendors for thousands upon thousands of dollars to advertise if you have all of these buyers at your fingertips? -Profile for you perhaps?
