Read Real Estate Commentator Terry Ryder's latest report and be one of the most informed property investors in Australia

Terry Ryder's Quarterly Property Report has just been released. As always, it's a stimulating read. For those who sometimes ask why Terry's opinion differs from mine, my reply is simple: Terry and I can have different opinions. Just like two columnists in a newspaper, we sometimes have differing views. One thing you can count on, however, is our honest opinions. My Uncle Ormsby once had a radio spot called, "One Man's Opinion." With Terry and me, you get two men's opinions.
