Kevin Walter - Managing Director

Kevin has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and has exclusively been selling homes in the local Unley, Mitcham areas for most of that time. Kevin and his wife Leanne started Walter & Irvine in 2000 based on the philosophies of real estate consumer advocate and author Neil Jenman.

Leanne Walter - Partner, Accounts, Recruitment

Leanne works behind the scenes to ensure Walter & Irvine remains competitive in the marketplace. With a flair for designing and decorating, she not only makes our office lovely to visit but often gives free advice to our clients for presenting their homes for sale.

James Irvine - Partner, Sales Manager

James lives out the mission statement of helping consumers and his customers become lifelong clients and friends. Nothing is too much trouble. He is a tireless negotiator and has the drive for helping people sell and buy houses safely.

  

Alistair Shields - Sales

A large number of clients have experienced Alistair's caring and fair attitude. He has a style of negotiating that makes everyone feel a winner. Alistair will ensure that the sale of your property is a stress free experience.

 

Paul Van Duivenbode - Sales

Paul has a very calm and 'down to earth' style of helping sellers and buyers. Apart from selling hundreds of residential homes for clients he is also good at the more complex selling situations including developments and block subdivisions.

Lynlee coordinates most of the office marketing, ensuring the best strategies are employed to find home buyers. With an eye for detail and a love of design she ensures that your house is displayed in it's best light during the sales campaign. Lynlee is also our 'in house' photographer and website manager.

 

Rob Galpin - Maintenance

Rob is our maintenance man and also erects our eye catching 'For Sale' signs. As a free Value added service to our Vendors we offer Rob to help them tidy up their gardens, take rubbish to the dump and do minor handyman work on their properties to prepare their homes for sale.

 

Deborah Irvine - Sales Secretary

Deborah and Carlee coordinate your entire buying or selling process from the first time you contact the office through to when you pick up the keys to your new home.
